How to connect

Please click the name of your support representative below, then open the application it downloads to connect.

1. When you click a name, a small application will download.
2. Open the downloaded file. In most browsers you can click Open file in the download bar, or find it in your Downloads folder.
3. If your computer asks for permission to run it, choose Yes or Allow.
